Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment.
Guests will receive a booking confirmation through email, WhatsApp, or SMS.

Accepted payment methods include UPI, bank transfer, debit/credit cards, and approved online payment gateways.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
4.1 Guest Cancellation
Cancellations made 14 days before check-in may qualify for a partial or full refund, subject to management discretion.
Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in may not be eligible for refunds.
Peak season and holiday bookings may have separate cancellation terms.
4.2 Resort Cancellation
In rare circumstances such as natural disasters, operational issues, or government restrictions, the resort reserves the right to cancel reservations. Guests will be offered:
